Our Mission Statement

Working in Partnership with community, Parents and Carers

Noah’s Ark Nursery aims to build good relationships with our community, parents and carers to give the children the best learning experience.

When the children are at our Noah’s Ark setting the community, parents/carers work together and it has a positive impact on their early education. We value our community, parent/carer’s opinions and support as they know the child best and they were their first educator.

We rely on our community, parents/carers information and communication to provide the best early years’ experience we can for our children. To support our partnership, we will:

Communicate

  • We have an open door attitude towards our parents/carers and we are always happy to talk.
  • We have a welcoming atmosphere where the parents/carers feel valued and part of the setting.
  • We will update parents about their child’s day and the achievements they have made.
  • We understand all communication is important, including gesture signing and body language. Actions speak louder than words.

Understand and respect diversity

  • All families are important and are welcomed and valued in the nursery setting.
  • We understand all families are different and will support them equally.
